Site Manager - New Build Care Home

A Site Manager, with experienceof new build care homes, is required to run a start to finish care home job in Hedge End, Hampshire, which is a JCT 10M job.

You will be required to oversee all trades on the job, ensuring program is followed with a view to an on time and to budget completion. Supporting you in your role will be a highly experienced Contracts Manager and senior management team.
